Our journey with Amazon Global Logistics (AGL) began with optimism, but unfortunately, it has presented us with unexpected challenges. We initially saw AGL as a potential opportunity to enhance our delivery time and reduce costs, but it turned into an ordeal that impacted our carefully planned Pikler Triangle pre-order campaign.
A Series of Unexpected Delays
The latest AGL shipment, encountered unforeseen difficulties. The expected delivery date underwent an astonishing five changes over the course of three months. We understand the frustration caused by these delays, especially considering the average delivery time of 45 days offered by third-party expeditors.
Milestones and Changes
Here is a brief timeline of the key milestones and changes that occurred:
- April 26: GROWGO 6in1 Pikler Triangle pre-order campaign started.
- May 20: GROWGO Pikler Triangles completed manufacturing.
- May 25: Products delivered to Qingdao port, AGL promised delivery to sorting center by June 26.
- June: Shipment rerouted to an additional port, AGL promised delivery changed to July 10.
- Late June: AGL pushed the promised delivery date to July 26.
- Late July: Shipment finally reached Seattle port, AGL adjusted the delivery promise to August 23.
- August 3: Shipment status indicated delivery to sorting center by August 23.
- August 23: After inquiring, we learned the shipment was undergoing customs checks. AGL extended the promised delivery date to September 10.

Our Commitment to Resolution
Additionally, we have manufactured a new batch of Pikler Triangles, using a different expeditor. We anticipate their arrival at the end of September, with the possibility of an even earlier delivery to our US sorting warehouse. We will keep you updated on this batch's progress.
