How does the 2 year Warranty work?
We guarantee the workmanship and materials quality of our products for 2 years from the date of original purchase from GROWGO.
If the product has any flaws that have appeared during usage that are connected to the quality of manufacturing or materials we will gladly sort everything out. The warranty is void if any mechanical damage or tear from the user is found. The warranty also is not provided for the paint coating or varnish, because we can’t guarantee what chemicals are used for cleaning the surfaces.
Our products are listed as designed for indoor use or outdoor use. Outdoor use or use in water for products not listed as designed for outdoor use will void this warranty.
In order to send the warranty application you need to send the following info and documents to our email (hello@growgokids.com):
- Order confirmation document;
- Order invoice;
- Photos and description of the flaws;
- Personal contact info.
